By accessing or using Fourier Finance (“the Service”), operated by Fourier-Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fourier Finance provides financial modeling tools, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and leveraged buyout (LBO) engines, company research dashboards, and SEC filing data for S&P 500 companies. Financial data is sourced from publicly available SEC EDGAR filings and third-party market data providers.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is handled through Clerk, a third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Services

Fourier Finance is currently free to use. All features including modeling engines, SEC data, sensitivity analysis, and Excel export are available at no cost. We may introduce paid tiers in the future, at which point this section will be updated.

5. Disclaimers

Fourier Finance is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

All financial data, calculations, and model outputs are provided “as-is” for informational and educational purposes only. SEC filing data is sourced from public EDGAR filings and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Market data is provided by third-party providers and may not reflect real-time prices.

Users assume all risk associated with any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourier Finance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
